Work as a Client Care Consultant for an Internet Cable Account

What you’ll be doing 
Work with the biggest cable providers based in the United States to improve current customer service operations.
After training, you will be answering calls from customers to resolve issues ranging from troubleshooting to billing concerns.

How to get the Job 
Interested? To join Convergys, you must be at least: 18 years old. Filipino Citizen or held relevant status. Finished at least 2 years in college (Any course). This position is full-time so you must be willing to work in our office at Ortigas. Call center experience is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
