Your primary role is to meet customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and concerns pertaining to internet and network devices.
You fit the role if you:
- Have studied at least 2 years in college
- Has experience with troubleshooting computers.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. These programs include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, BCM, Publisher, Vista Mail, and Outlook Express.
- Have at least 6 months technical support experience.
Candidates must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime. They also must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in Eastwood, Libis.
