What you’ll be doing 

• Work with the biggest telecom companies from America, Australia and UK to improve current customer service operations. 
• Answer calls from customers abroad asking guidance on their accounts, bills or even on how to setup up their cell phones. 

How to get the Job 
Billions of customers need guys like you to help them understand their phone plans or instruction on how to use the latest smart phone they are using. To start helping, you must be at least:

• 18 years old. 
• Filipino Citizen or held relevant status. 
• Finished at least 2 years in college (Any course). 
• This position is full-time so you must be willing to work in our office at Alabang. 
• Call center experience is preferred but not required. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
