The Role:
You will respond to clients’ technical inquiries and concerns received via phone and to facilitate customer complaints and providing resolutions in a pro-active way.
Requirements:
You fit the role if you:
- Have studied at least 2 years in college
- Has experience with troubleshooting computers Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. These programs include WordExcel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, BCM, Publisher, Vista Mail, and Outlook Express
- Have at least 6 months technical support experience
- Has experience with troubleshooting computers Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. These programs include WordExcel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, BCM, Publisher, Vista Mail, and Outlook Express
- Have at least 6 months technical support experience
Candidates must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime. They also must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in Eastwood, Libis.
