Be a Part-time Customer Service Associates - Makati

Responsibilities:

Part-Time Customer Service Associate is an outbound market research interviewer conducting surveys for consumers about various topics, products or services.

Requirements:

  • At least completed 2 years in college
  • Has a strong command of the English language
  • proficiency with various software applications
  • working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (phone, email, web)
  • courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • dependable, with proficient attention to details
  • good istening and responding skills
  • Are amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
  • Are amenable to early morning shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
  • Applicants must be willing to start in May
  • Not open to currently employed Call Center employees

Be a Customer Service Expert (Outbound) - LAGUNA

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • At least 2 years of college
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations
  • An ability to handle irate customer situations effectively and empathize with customer with a courteous voice tone
  • An ability to deliver information at customer's knowledge level in an understandable manner
  • An ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think independently and follow through effectively
  • Ability to multi-task, dependable and keen on details
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in outbound calls is an advantage
