- Executes online marketing and promotions to support Recruitment hiring
- Coordinates with Recruitment on hiring needs and requirement on a daily basis
- Support the Marketing team in preparing, implementing and reviewing online marketing plans
- Regulalry coordinates with online partners on new services and hiring needs
- Analyze day-to-day pool provided to Recruitment and include qualitative insights
- Organize and maintain confidential files.
- Prepare and complete reports and maintain applicant information in a database
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Has online marketing skills
- Has very strong analytical skills
- Can deliver responsiblities and special tasks on time
- Fast learner
- Has ability to identify trends in project executions
- Must be able to perform task with minimal supervision
- Willing to work long hours or as needed
- Applicants must be willing to work start ASAP
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
