Responsibilities:

• Executes online marketing and promotions to support Recruitment hiring
• Coordinates with Recruitment on hiring needs and requirement on a daily basis
• Support the Marketing team in preparing, implementing and reviewing online marketing plans
• Regulalry coordinates with online partners on new services and hiring needs
• Analyze day-to-day pool provided to Recruitment and include qualitative insights
• Organize and maintain confidential files.
• Prepare and complete reports and maintain applicant information in a database
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Has online marketing skills
• Has very strong analytical skills
• Can deliver responsiblities and special tasks on time
• Fast learner
• Has ability to identify trends in project executions
• Must be able to perform task with minimal supervision
• Willing to work long hours or as needed
• Applicants must be willing to work start ASAP
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
