Convergys Makati hires Part-time Customer Service Associates

Responsibilities: 

 

 

A Part Time Customer Service Associate is an outbound market research interviewer conducts surveys with consumers about various topics, products or services. Associates for this program will need to work on a minimum of four (4) days with one of those days being Saturday or Sunday. Moreover, they are allowed to work for 5 or more day if they choose to and if there is a business need. Typical work schedule covers four (4) hours of work per day.  

 

Requirements: 
We are looking for candidates who:

• Completed at least 2 years of college
• Are familiar with basic computer operations and applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Has good listening and responding skills
• Are dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
• Are amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
• Are amenable to start work between  9am-4:30 pm or 5pm-12mn
• Candidates should not be currently employed by another call center
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI.
• Applicants must be willing to start on SEPTEMBER
