Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary assessments through application screening and phone interviews
- Attend and assist in jobfairs / other events in & out of Metro Manila to facilitate on-site screening
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
- Preferably with sales or telemarketing background
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to deal with different kinds of personalities
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
- Must have knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette.
- Must have the ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
- Must be proficient with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
- Applicants must be willing to work extended hours and weekends from time to time
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
