- At least completed 2 years in college
- Has a strong command of the English language
- proficiency with various software applications
- working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (phone, email, web)
- courteous with strong customer service orientation
- dependable, with proficient attention to details
- good listening and responding skills
- Are amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
