Responsibilities:

A Retail Service Expert handles product consultations by interested customers shopping online, online account management and sales/delivery inquiry.

Requirements:

• Have completed at least 2 years college course;
• Have at least 3 months inbound or outbound sales call center experience
• Knowledgeable in fashion and trends
• Can communicate excellently in English;
• With basic computer knowledge;
• Are very versatile
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
