Convergys Makati hires Part-time Customer Service Associates


Part Time Customer Service Associate is an outbound market research interviewer conducts surveys with consumers about various topics, products or services. Associates for this program will need to work on a minimum of four (4) days with one of those days being Saturday or Sunday. Moreover, they are allowed to work for 5 or more day if they choose to and if there is a business need. Typical work schedule covers four (4) hours of work per day.  

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Completed at least 2 years of college
  • Are familiar with basic computer operations and applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Has good listening and responding skills
  • Are dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
  • Are amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
  • Are amenable to start work between  9am-4:30 pm or 5pm-12mn
  • Candidates should not be currently employed by another call center
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI.
  • Applicants must be willing to start on SEPTEMBER
