Requirements:

At least completed 2 years in college
Has a strong command of the English language
proficiency with various software applications
working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (phone, email, web)
courteous with strong customer service orientation
dependable, with proficient attention to details
good listening and responding skills
Are amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
